I currently only accept Paypal, which is the quickest and simplest way for you to make your payment. I would really appreciate all items being paid for as soon as possible; if you anticipate a delay in making your payment please let me know as soon as possible. If I haven't received payment or any communication within four days, I will unfortunately have to cancel the sale.

All items purchased in the United Kingdom are shipped via First Class Recorded post. If you are buying from outside of the UK, items will be sent via either the Royal Mail's International Signed For or Airmail Small Packets service. All items from Milk Vintage Store are dispatched either the same day or the next working day depending on the time payment is received. You will receive confirmation by email when your item has been dispatched.

If you would prefer an alternate delivery service (for example, if you would like your purchase in a hurry!), please let me know before you pay your invoice, and I would be happy to do this (please be aware this may incur extra costs).

I will always describe items as honestly and accurately as possible with clear photos, so you know what you're buying. It should be borne in mind that 'excellent vintage condition' is not the same as when something brand new is in excellent condition.
Quality is super important to me, but in the event of any minor flaws, or if repair work has been done to the items (some of which are 80 years old!) these will be disclosed fully in the item description.
